Personally, if I've got something that's actually causing some difficulties and I think it's due to junk buildup on the disk, I gravitate towards the nuclear option and just reformat the damn thing and reinstall everything If you run launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchAgents/ that will disable it for your user. Why That's one of the reasons I've had to use the tool previously. However, I am pretty sure it won't retain settings. You can't uninstall until you sign into Creative Cloud. In Finder, I see there is an old version of Photoshop CC 2018 that I don't need any more and is taking up about 1.3GB of space. You can use the Adobe Creative Cloud Removal Tool to fully remove any Adobe software that you wish. I have an iMac running Mac OS 11.6.3 Big Sur.
